Service

RSMM provides online wellness, lifestyle, and performance coaching. Services are educational and supportive and do not constitute medical, psychological, nutritional, or other regulated professional care.

Payments

All fees are stated in euros and are paid as one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be treated as delivered.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the program, timing, and whether sessions, plans, assessments, or digital materials have already been delivered.

Results

RSMM does not guarantee any specific personal, physical, psychological, financial, or lifestyle outcome.
